집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(관리위원회의 구성)

① 관리위원회의 위원은 선거구별로 선출할 수 있다. 이 경우 선거구 및 선거구별 관리위원회 위원의 수는 규약으로 정한다. <개정 2021.2.2>

② 법 제26조의4제1항 단서에 따라 규약으로 관리위원회의 위원 선출에 대한 관리단집회의 결의에 관하여 달리 정하는 경우에는 구분소유자의 수 및 의결권의 비율을 합리적이고 공평하게 고려해야 한다. <개정 2021.2.2>

③ 관리위원회에는 위원장 1명을 두며, 위원장은 관리위원회의 위원 중에서 선출하되 그 선출에 관하여는 법 제26조의4제1항을 준용한다. <개정 2021.2.2>

④ 관리위원회의 위원은 규약에서 정한 사유가 있는 경우에 해임할 수 있다. 이 경우 관리위원회 위원의 해임 방법에 관하여는 제1항 및 법 제26조의4제1항을 준용하며, "선출"은 "해임"으로 본다. <개정 2021.2.2>
