집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(관리위원회의 소집)

① 관리위원회의 위원장은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관리위원회를 소집할 수 있다.

③ 제2항의 청구가 있은 후 관리위원회의 위원장이 청구일부터 2주일 이내의 날을 회의일로 하는 소집통지 절차를 1주일 이내에 밟지 아니하면 소집을 청구한 사람이 관리위원회를 소집할 수 있다.

④ 관리위원회를 소집하려면 회의일 1주일 전에 회의의 일시, 장소, 목적사항을 구체적으로 밝혀 각 관리위원회 위원에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 이 기간은 규약으로 달리 정할 수 있다.

⑤ 관리위원회는 관리위원회의 위원 전원이 동의하면 제4항에 따른 소집절차를 거치지 아니하고 소집할 수 있다.
