집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제19조(공용부분에 관한 규정의 준용)

건물의 대지 또는 공용부분 외의 부속시설(이들에 대한 권리를 포함한다)을 구분소유자가 공유하는 경우에는 그 대지 및 부속시설에 관하여 제15조, 제15조의2, 제16조 및 제17조를 준용한다. <개정 2020.2.4>
