집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제21조(전유부분의 처분에 따르는 대지사용권의 비율)

① 구분소유자가 둘 이상의 전유부분을 소유한 경우에는 각 전유부분의 처분에 따르는 대지사용권은 제12조에 규정된 비율에 따른다. 다만, 규약으로써 달리 정할 수 있다.

② 제1항 단서의 경우에는 제3조제3항을 준용한다.
