집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제53조(건축물대장의 편성)

① 소관청은 이 법을 적용받는 건물에 대하여는 이 법에서 정하는 건축물대장과 건물의 도면 및 각 층의 평면도를 갖추어 두어야 한다. <개정 2020.2.4>

② 대장은 1동의 건물을 표시할 용지와 그 1동의 건물에 속하는 전유부분의 건물을 표시할 용지로 편성한다.

(2) The^ð더 register^r레지스터 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 sheets쉿츠 indicating인더케이팅 the^ð더 one원 building빌딩 and앤드 sheets쉿츠 indicating인더케이팅 the^ð디 exclusive익스클루시^v브 portions포션즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 that^ð댓 one원 building.빌딩

③ 1동의 건물에 대하여는 각 1용지를 사용하고 전유부분의 건물에 대하여는 구분한 건물마다 1용지를 사용한다.

(3) One원 sheet쉿 shall섈 be비 used유즈드 for^f포 each이치 one원 building,빌딩 and앤드 one원 sheet쉿 shall섈 be비 used유즈드 for^f포 each이치 divided디^v바이디드 unit유닛 of어^v브 the^ð디 exclusive익스클루시^v브 portions.포션즈

④ 1동의 건물에 속하는 구분한 건물의 대장은 1책에 편철하고 1동의 건물을 표시할 용지 다음에 구분한 건물을 표시할 용지를 편철한다.

(4) The^ð더 register^r레지스터 of어^v브 divided디^v바이디드 units유넛츠 belonging빌롱잉 to투 one원 building빌딩 shall섈 be비 bound바운드 in인 one원 volume,^v발륨 with위^ð드 the^ð더 sheets쉿츠 indicating인더케이팅 the^ð더 divided디^v바이디드 units유넛츠 bound바운드 after애^f프터 the^ð더 sheet쉿 indicating인더케이팅 the^ð더 one원 building.빌딩

⑤ 제4항의 경우에 편철한 용지가 너무 많을 때에는 여러 책으로 나누어 편철할 수 있다.
