Assembly and Demonstration Act, Article 16 (Matters to Be Observed by Organizers)

①집회 또는 시위의 주최자는 집회 또는 시위에 있어서의 질서를 유지하여야 한다.

③집회 또는 시위의 주최자는 제1항에 따른 질서를 유지할 수 없으면 그 집회 또는 시위의 종결(終結)을 선언하여야 한다.

④집회 또는 시위의 주최자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

1. 총포, 폭발물, 도검(刀劍), 철봉, 곤봉, 돌덩이 등 다른 사람의 생명을 위협하거나 신체에 해를 끼칠 수 있는 기구(器具)를 휴대하거나 사용하는 행위 또는 다른 사람에게 이를 휴대하게 하거나 사용하게 하는 행위

1.
