집회 및 시위에 관한 법률 제7조(신고서의 보완 등)

①관할경찰관서장은 제6조제1항에 따른 신고서의 기재 사항에 미비한 점을 발견하면 접수증을 교부한 때부터 12시간 이내에 주최자에게 24시간을 기한으로 그 기재 사항을 보완할 것을 통고할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따른 보완 통고는 보완할 사항을 분명히 밝혀 서면으로 주최자 또는 연락책임자에게 송달하여야 한다.
