채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제167조(회생채권자표 및 회생담보권자표에의 기재)

①법원사무관등은 회생채권 및 회생담보권에 대한 조사결과를 회생채권자표 및 회생담보권자표에 기재하여야 한다. 채무자가 제출한 이의도 또한 같다.
