Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 327 (Measures upon Discontinuance of Liability Limitation Procedures)

①파산선고를 받은 채무자를 위하여 개시된 책임제한절차의 폐지결정이 확정된 때에는 법원은 제한채권자를 위하여 다음 각호의 사항을 정하여야 한다.
