채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제330조(파산선고 후의 권리취득)

①파산선고 후에 파산재단에 속하는 재산에 관하여 채무자의 법률행위에 의하지 아니하고 권리를 취득한 경우에도 그 취득은 파산채권자에게 대항할 수 없다.

②제329조제2항의 규정은 제1항의 규정에 의한 취득에 관하여 준용한다.
