채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제406조(채권자취소소송 등의 중단)

①「민법」 제406조제1항이나 「신탁법」 제8조에 따라 파산채권자가 제기한 소송이 파산선고 당시 법원에 계속되어 있는 때에는 그 소송절차는 수계 또는 파산절차의 종료에 이르기까지 중단된다. <개정 2013.5.28>

②제347조의 규정은 제1항의 경우에 관하여 준용한다.
