채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제49조(회생절차개시의 결정)

①채무자가 회생절차개시를 신청한 때에는 법원은 회생절차개시의 신청일부터 1월 이내에 회생절차개시 여부를 결정하여야 한다.
