채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제578조의10(수탁자등에 대한 손해배상청구권 등의 조사확정재판)

① 법원은 유한책임신탁재산에 대하여 파산선고가 있는 경우 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 파산관재인의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 수탁자등의 책임에 기한 손해배상청구권의 존부와 그 내용을 조사확정하는 재판을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 조사확정재판에 관하여는 제352조제2항부터 제9항까지, 제353조 및 제354조를 준용한다.
