채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제648조(무허가행위 등의 죄)

①관리인ㆍ파산관재인(제637조의 규정에 의한 국제도산관리인을 포함한다) 또는 보전관리인이 법원의 허가를 받아야 하는 행위를 허가를 받지 아니하고 행한 경우 그 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

②관리인 또는 보전관리인이 법원에 허위의 보고를 하거나 임무종료 후 정당한 사유 없이 제84조제1항의 규정에 의한 계산에 관한 보고를 하지 아니한 경우 그 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
