초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제18조(입학할 학교의 변경)

①아동의 보호자가 부득이한 사유로 인하여 지정된 학교가 아닌 초등학교에 그 아동을 입학시키려는 경우에는 그 입학시키려는 학교의 장의 승낙을 받아야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27, 2013.2.15>

②학교의 장은 제1항에 따라 입학을 승낙한 경우 그 사실을 해당 아동의 거주지를 관할하는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장과 원래 지정된 학교의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <신설 1999.2.27, 2016.10.18>
