초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제28조의2(행정정보의 공동이용)

① 초등학교의 장, 중학교의 장, 교육장 및 교육감(의무교육관리위원회를 포함한다)은 제25조ㆍ제25조의2ㆍ제26조ㆍ제27조ㆍ제27조의2 또는 제28조에 따른 취학 관리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 취학의무대상자에 관한 다음 각 호의 행정정보를 확인할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 초등학교의 장 또는 중학교의 장이 같은 항 제1호에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료를 공동이용하는 경우에는 사용료를 면제한다.
