초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제98조의4(고등학교 학년결정 입학)

고등학교의 장은 중학교를 졸업한 자 또는 제97조에 따라 이와 동등한 학력을 인정받은 자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 「조기진급 등에 관한 규정」 제5조에 따른 조기진급ㆍ졸업ㆍ진학 평가위원회가 실시하는 신청인의 학교 외 학습경험에 관한 심의 및 교과목별 이수인정평가의 결과에 따라 학년을 정하여 입학을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.10.29>
