출입국관리법 시행령 제11조(사증발급 권한의 위임)

① 법무부장관은 법 제8조제2항에 따라 별표 1의2 중 1. 외교(A-1)부터 3. 협정(A-3)까지의 체류자격에 해당하는 사람에 대한 사증발급 권한을 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2018.9.18>

② 법무부장관은 법 제8조제2항에 따라 별표 1 중 3. 일시취재(C-1)부터 5. 단기취업(C-4)까지, 별표 1의2 중 4. 문화예술(D-1)부터 30. 기타(G-1)까지 또는 별표 1의3 영주(F-5)의 체류자격에 해당하는 사람에 대한 사증발급 권한(전자사증 발급권한은 제외한다)을 법무부령으로 그 범위를 정하여 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2012.10.15, 2018.9.18>
