출입국관리법 시행령 제71조(외국인의 일시보호)

① 출입국관리공무원은 법 제56조제1항에 따라 외국인을 일시보호할 때에는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장으로부터 일시보호명령서를 발급받아 그 외국인에게 보여 주어야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

② 제1항에 따른 일시보호명령서에는 일시보호의 사유, 보호장소 및 보호시간 등을 적어야 한다.

③ 출입국관리공무원은 법 제56조제2항에 따라 일시보호기간을 연장할 때에는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장으로부터 연장기간, 연장 사유 및 적용 법조문 등을 적은 일시보호기간 연장허가서를 발급받아 그 외국인에게 보여 주어야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
