출입국관리법 제70조(내항 선박 등의 검색 등에 대한 준용 규정)

① 대한민국 영역에서 사람이나 물건을 수송하는 선박, 항공기, 그 밖의 교통기관이 불의의 사고나 항해상의 문제 등 특별한 사정으로 외국에 기항(寄港)한 후 입항할 경우에는 선박 등의 검색 및 선박 등의 장이나 운수업자의 책임에 관하여 제7장과 제8장을 준용한다.

② 대한민국에 입국하거나 대한민국으로부터 출국하려는 사람의 환승을 위하여 국내공항 간을 운항하는 항공기에 대해서도 항공기의 검색 및 항공기의 장이나 운수업자의 책임에 관하여 제7장과 제8장을 준용한다. 다만, 제76조제1항에 따른 송환 의무는 출발지 공항까지로 한정하며, 그 이후 대한민국 밖으로의 송환 의무는 송환 대상 외국인이 환승하기 직전에 탔던 항공기의 장이나 운수업자에게 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>
