Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Article 11 (Aggravated Punishment of Narcotics Offenders, etc.)

① 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」 제58조제1항제1호부터 제4호까지 및 제6호ㆍ제7호에 규정된 죄(매매, 수수 및 제공에 관한 죄와 매매목적, 매매 유인ㆍ권유ㆍ알선 목적 또는 수수목적의 소지ㆍ소유에 관한 죄는 제외한다) 또는 그 미수죄를 범한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 가중처벌한다. <개정 2016.1.6, 2025.4.1>

1. 수출입ㆍ제조ㆍ소지ㆍ소유 등을 한 마약이나 향정신성의약품 등의 가액이 5천만원 이상인 경우에는 무기 또는 10년 이상의 징역에 처한다.
