특허법 제198조의2(국제조사 및 국제예비심사)

① 지식재산처는 「특허협력조약」 제2조(xix)의 국제사무국(이하 "국제사무국"이라 한다)과 체결하는 협정에 따라 국제출원에 대한 국제조사기관 및 국제예비심사기관으로서의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
