평생교육법 제14조(시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구평생교육협의회)

① 시ㆍ군 및 자치구에는 지역주민을 위한 평생교육의 실시와 관련되는 사업간 조정 및 유관기관 간 협력 증진을 위하여 시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구평생교육협의회(이하 "시ㆍ군ㆍ구협의회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Si/Gun/Autonomous시 Gu구 Lifelong라이^f플롱 Education에저케이션 Council카운슬 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Si/Gun/Gu시 Council")카운슬 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 each이치 Si,시 Gun,건 and앤드 autonomous오타너머스 Gu구 to투 coordinate코오더넛 programs프^r로우그^r램즈 relating^r릴레이팅 to투 the^ð더 provision프^r러^v비전 of어^v브 lifelong라이^f플롱 education에저케이션 for^f포 local로우클 residents^r레지던츠 and앤드 to투 promote프^r러모우트 cooperation코아퍼^r레이션 among어멍 related^r릴레이티드 institutions.인스티투션즈

② 시ㆍ군ㆍ구협의회는 의장 1인과 부의장 1인을 포함하여 12인 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) A어 Si/Gun/Gu시 Council카운슬 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 12 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 vice^v바이스 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 시ㆍ군ㆍ구협의회의 의장은 시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장으로 하고, 위원은 시ㆍ군ㆍ자치구 및 지역교육청의 관계 공무원, 평생교육 전문가, 장애인 평생교육 관계자, 관할 지역 내 평생교육 관계 기관의 운영자 중에서 의장이 위촉한다. <개정 2016.5.29>

④ 시ㆍ군ㆍ구협의회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
