폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률 제9조(사법경찰관리의 직무유기)

① 사법경찰관리(司法警察官吏)로서 이 법에 규정된 죄를 범한 사람을 수사하지 아니하거나 범인을 알면서 체포하지 아니하거나 수사상 정보를 누설하여 범인의 도주를 용이하게 한 사람은 1년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다.

② 뇌물을 수수(收受), 요구 또는 약속하고 제1항의 죄를 범한 사람은 2년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다.
