하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조(상습법위반사업자명단공표심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제25조의4제3항에 따른 상습법위반사업자명단공표심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 7명의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 심의위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 공정거래위원회 조사관리관이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2023.3.28>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson"체어퍼슨 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 General제너^r럴 for^f포 Investigation인^v베스터게이션 Management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission,커미션 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

③ 제2항제2호에 따른 위촉위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

④ 공정거래위원장은 제2항제2호에 따라 위촉된 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 해촉할 수 있다. <신설 2016.1.22>

⑤ 위원장은 심의위원회의 업무를 총괄하되, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2016.1.22>

⑥ 심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2016.1.22>

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 공정거래위원회 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2016.1.22>
