하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률 제21조(수급사업자의 준수 사항)

① 수급사업자는 원사업자로부터 제조등의 위탁을 받은 경우에는 그 위탁의 내용을 신의(信義)에 따라 성실하게 이행하여야 한다.

② 수급사업자는 원사업자가 이 법을 위반하는 행위를 하는 데에 협조하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 수급사업자는 이 법에 따른 신고를 한 경우에는 증거서류 등을 공정거래위원회에 지체 없이 제출하여야 한다.
