Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons, Article 13 (Reporting the Establishment and Operation of Teaching Centers)

① 법 제14조제1항에 따라 교습소를 설립ㆍ운영하려는 사람은 교육부령으로 정하는 교습소설립ㆍ운영신고서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적고, 교육부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
