Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons, Article 17-2 (Orders to Adjust Tuition Fees, etc.)

① 교육감은 법 제15조제6항에 따라 학원설립ㆍ운영자, 교습자 및 개인과외교습자로부터 다음 각 호의 서류를 제출받아 해당 교육지원청 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 교습비등의 조정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2014.6.11, 2016.11.29, 2018.12.18>

② 교육감은 조정명령을 하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 해당 교육지원청 조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 물가인상률, 전년도 대비 교습비등의 상승률, 교습시간, 지역의 특수성 및 학원의 종류ㆍ규모ㆍ시설수준 등을 고려한 조정기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2014.6.11>
