Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons, Article 2-2 (Types of Private Teaching Institutes)

① 학원의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2011.7.25, 2026.3.31>

1. 학교교과교습학원: 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제23조에 따른 학교교육과정을 교습하거나 다음 각 목의 사람을 대상으로 교습하는 학원
