학원의 설립ㆍ운영 및 과외교습에 관한 법률 제7조(조건부 설립등록)

① 교육감은 제6조에 따른 학원 설립ㆍ운영의 등록을 수리(受理)할 때에 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 제8조에 따른 시설과 설비를 갖출 것을 조건으로 하여 학원 설립ㆍ운영의 등록을 수리할 수 있다.

② 교육감은 제1항에 따라 등록을 한 자가 정당한 사유 없이 그 기간에 시설과 설비를 갖추지 아니하면 등록을 말소하여야 한다.
