할부거래에 관한 법률 제21조(등록의 직권말소)

제18조에 따라 등록한 선불식 할부거래업자가 파산선고를 받거나 관할 세무서에 폐업신고를 한 경우 또는 6개월을 초과하여 영업을 하지 아니하는 등 실질적으로 영업을 할 수 없다고 판단되는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사는 그 등록을 직권으로 말소할 수 있다.
