할부거래에 관한 법률 제9조(간접할부계약에서의 청약의 철회 통보)

① 소비자가 할부거래업자에게 간접할부계약에 관한 청약을 철회한 경우 제8조제1항에 따른 기간 이내에 신용제공자에게 청약을 철회하는 의사표시가 적힌 서면을 발송하여야 한다.

② 소비자가 신용제공자에게 제1항에 따른 서면을 발송하지 아니한 경우 신용제공자의 할부금지급청구를 거절할 수 없다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 소비자가 그 서면을 발송하지 아니한 경우라도 신용제공자의 할부금지급청구를 거절할 수 있다.
