행정심판법 시행령 제35조(사용자등록)

Enforcement Decree of the Administrative Appeals Act, Article 35 (User Registration)

① 전자정보처리조직을 이용하려는 자는 위원회가 지정하는 방식으로 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여 사용자등록을 하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.30>

② 전자정보처리조직을 이용한 행정심판 절차의 수행을 위하여 위원회가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 피청구인은 위원회가 지정하는 방식으로 전자정보처리조직에 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여 등록하여야 한다.
