행정심판법 시행령 제4조(위원장의 직무 등)

① 법 제6조에 따른 행정심판위원회 및 중앙행정심판위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장은 위원회의 원활한 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 위원 중 특정 위원을 지정하여 미리 안건을 검토하여 위원회에 보고하게 할 수 있다.

③ 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.
