행정심판법 시행령 제44조(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 위원회(제43조에 따라 위원회의 권한을 위임받은 위원장을 포함한다)는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.17, 2018.10.30>

② 피청구인은 법 제24조에 따른 심판청구서 등의 접수ㆍ처리에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
