행정절차법 시행령 제15조의2(2명 이상의 청문 주재자)

① 행정청은 법 제28조제2항에 따라 2명 이상의 청문 주재자를 선정하는 경우 전체 청문 주재자의 2분의 1 이상을 제15조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 선정해야 한다.

② 행정청은 법 제28조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 2명 이상의 청문 주재자 중에서 청문사안에 대한 중립성ㆍ전문성 등을 고려하여 청문 주재자를 대표하는 청문 주재자(이하 이 조에서 "대표주재자"라 한다) 1명을 선정해야 한다.

③ 대표주재자는 청문 주재자를 대표하여 법 제31조에 따라 청문을 진행하고, 법 제35조에 따라 청문을 종결한다.

(3) The^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer오^f퍼서 shall,섈 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officers,오^f퍼서즈 conduct칸덕트 the^ð더 hearing히^r링 under언더 Article아터클 31 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 conclude컨클루드 it잇 under언더 Article아터클 35 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트

④ 대표주재자는 청문 주재자의 의견을 반영하여 법 제34조에 따른 청문조서 및 법 제34조의2에 따른 청문 주재자의 의견서를 대표로 작성한다. 이 경우 청문 주재자 전원이 그 청문조서 및 청문 주재자의 의견서에 서명 또는 날인해야 한다.

⑤ 대표주재자는 제4항에 따라 청문 주재자의 의견서를 작성할 때 청문 주재자 사이에 의견이 일치하지 않는 경우에는 그 내용을 청문 주재자의 의견서에 모두 기록해야 한다.
