행정절차법 시행령 제4조(지위승계의 승인신청 및 통지)

①법 제10조제4항의 규정에 의하여 당사자등의 지위를 승계하고자 하는 자는 행정청에 문서로 지위승계의 승인을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2003.6.23>
