형사보상 및 명예회복에 관한 법률 제25조(보상결정의 공시)

① 법원은 보상결정이 확정되었을 때에는 2주일 내에 보상결정의 요지를 관보에 게재하여 공시하여야 한다. 이 경우 보상결정을 받은 자의 신청이 있을 때에는 그 결정의 요지를 신청인이 선택하는 두 종류 이상의 일간신문에 각각 한 번씩 공시하여야 하며 그 공시는 신청일부터 30일 이내에 하여야 한다.

② 제6조제2항 전단에 규정된 이유로 보상청구를 기각하는 결정이 확정되었을 때에는 제1항을 준용한다.
