형사소송법 제266조의6(공판준비를 위한 서면의 제출)

①검사, 피고인 또는 변호인은 법률상ㆍ사실상 주장의 요지 및 입증취지 등이 기재된 서면을 법원에 제출할 수 있다.

②재판장은 검사, 피고인 또는 변호인에 대하여 제1항에 따른 서면의 제출을 명할 수 있다.
