형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 제114조(징벌집행의 유예)

① 징벌위원회는 징벌을 의결하는 때에 행위의 동기 및 정황, 교정성적, 뉘우치는 정도 등 그 사정을 고려할 만한 사유가 있는 수용자에 대하여 2개월 이상 6개월 이하의 기간 내에서 징벌의 집행을 유예할 것을 의결할 수 있다.

② 소장은 징벌집행의 유예기간 중에 있는 수용자가 다시 제107조의 징벌대상행위를 하여 징벌이 결정되면 그 유예한 징벌을 집행한다.

(2) If이^f프 an앤 inmate인메잇 whose후즈 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 punishment퍼니시먼트 has해즈 been빈 suspended서스펜디드 again어겐 commits커밋츠 an앤 act액트 subject서브젝트 to투 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 punishment퍼니시먼트 under언더 Article아터클 107 during두^r링 the^ð더 suspension서스펜션 period피^r리어드 and앤드 disciplinary디서플러네^r리 punishment퍼니시먼트 is이즈 decided,디사이디드 the^ð더 warden워든 shall섈 execute엑서큣 the^ð더 suspended서스펜디드 punishment.퍼니시먼트

③ 수용자가 징벌집행을 유예받은 후 징벌을 받음이 없이 유예기간이 지나면 그 징벌의 집행은 종료된 것으로 본다.
