Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 118 (Prohibition of Unfavorable Treatment)
수용자는 청원, 진정, 소장과의 면담, 그 밖의 권리구제를 위한 행위를 하였다는 이유로 불이익한 처우를 받지 아니한다.
No inmate shall be treated unfavorably on the ground that he or she has filed a petition or complaint, had an interview with the warden, or taken other action to seek a remedy for his or her rights.
