형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 제124조(석방시기)

① 사면, 가석방, 형의 집행면제, 감형에 따른 석방은 그 서류가 교정시설에 도달한 후 12시간 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 그 서류에서 석방일시를 지정하고 있으면 그 일시에 한다. <개정 2020.2.4>
