형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 제5조의3(협의체의 설치 및 운영)

① 법무부장관은 형의 집행 및 수용자 처우에 관한 사항을 협의하기 위하여 법원, 공소청, 중대범죄수사청 및 경찰 등 관계 기관과 협의체를 설치하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.29>

② 제1항에 따른 협의체의 설치 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
