호스피스ㆍ완화의료 및 임종과정에 있는 환자의 연명의료결정에 관한 법률 제27조(의료인의 설명의무)

① 호스피스전문기관의 의료인은 호스피스대상환자나 그 가족 등에게 호스피스의 선택과 이용 절차에 관하여 설명하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.27>

② 호스피스전문기관의 의사 또는 한의사는 호스피스를 시행하기 전에 치료 방침을 호스피스대상환자나 그 가족에게 설명하여야 하며, 호스피스대상환자나 그 가족이 질병의 상태에 대하여 알고자 할 때에는 이를 설명하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.27>
