호스피스ㆍ완화의료 및 임종과정에 있는 환자의 연명의료결정에 관한 법률 제31조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)

관리기관, 등록기관, 의료기관, 중앙센터, 권역별센터, 호스피스전문기관, 담당의사 및 해당 분야 전문의는 이 법에서 정한 연명의료의 결정 및 호스피스에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보 및 같은 법 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27>
