화물자동차 운수사업법 제51조의7(보고서의 제출 명령 등)

① 국토교통부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 공제조합에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 조사나 검사를 하려면 조사 또는 검사 7일 전에 조사 또는 검사할 내용, 일시, 이유 등에 대한 계획서를 공제조합에 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우 또는 사전통지를 하면 증거인멸 등으로 조사목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 제1항에 따라 조사나 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 하며, 출입할 때에는 출입자의 성명, 출입시간, 출입목적 등이 표시된 문서를 관계인에게 내주어야 한다.
