① 가정법원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 심판을 하는 경우에는 해당 호에서 정한 사람의 진술을 들어야 한다. 다만, 피성년후견인(피성년후견인이 될 사람을 포함한다)이나 피임의후견인(피임의후견인이 될 사람을 포함한다)이 의식불명, 그 밖의 사유로 자신의 의사를 표명할 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
