감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 제76조(위임 및 위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 권한 또는 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 질병관리청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임하거나 관련 기관 또는 관련 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
