감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조의3(유급휴가 비용 지원 등)

① 법 제41조의2제3항에 따라 사업주에게 주는 유급휴가 지원비용은 질병관리청장이 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 고시하는 금액에 근로자가 법에 따라 입원 또는 격리된 기간을 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2020.9.11, 2025.12.30>

② 법 제41조의2제3항에 따라 비용을 지원받으려는 사업주는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서로 된 서류를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 질병관리청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2020.9.11>

③ 질병관리청장은 제2항에 따른 신청서를 제출받은 경우에는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 사업자등록증명을 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 사업주가 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.9.11, 2024.4.23>

④ 질병관리청장은 제2항에 따른 신청서를 제출받은 경우에는 유급휴가 비용지원 여부와 지원금액을 결정한 후 해당 사업주에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2020.9.11>

⑤ 제2항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 유급휴가 비용지원의 신청절차 및 결과통보 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
