건축법 제77조의17(결합건축의 관리)

① 허가권자는 결합건축을 포함하여 건축허가를 한 경우 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 내용을 공고하고, 결합건축 관리대장을 작성하여 관리하여야 한다.

② 허가권자는 제77조의15제1항에 따른 결합건축과 관련된 건축물의 사용승인 신청이 있는 경우 해당 결합건축협정서상의 다른 대지에서 착공신고 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 조치가 이행되었는지를 확인한 후 사용승인을 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.4.7>

③ 허가권자는 결합건축을 허용한 경우 건축물대장에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 결합건축에 관한 내용을 명시하여야 한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 permitting퍼미팅 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 has해즈 allowed얼라우드 combined컴바인드 construction,컨스트^r럭션 it잇 shall섈 state스테잇 the^ð더 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 combined컴바인드 construction컨스트^r럭션 in인 the^ð더 building빌딩 register,^r레지스터 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

④ 결합건축협정서에 따른 협정체결 유지기간은 최소 30년으로 한다. 다만, 결합건축협정서의 용적률 기준을 종전대로 환원하여 신축ㆍ개축ㆍ재축하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다.

⑤ 결합건축협정서를 폐지하려는 경우에는 결합건축협정체결자 전원이 동의하여 허가권자에게 신고하여야 하며, 허가권자는 용적률을 이전받은 건축물이 멸실된 것을 확인한 후 결합건축의 폐지를 수리하여야 한다. 이 경우 결합건축 폐지에 관하여는 제1항 및 제3항을 준용한다.

⑥ 결합건축협정의 준수 여부, 효력 및 승계에 대하여는 제77조의4제3항 및 제77조의10을 준용한다. 이 경우 "건축협정"은 각각 "결합건축협정"으로 본다.
